Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!

If you like to have a beer every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your money belt, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever cash you intend to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You could experience a win following a inebriated night out with your friends and be lucky sufficiently to catch a long roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that account seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you always drink alcohol and gamble. The pair just don’t mix.

Keeping your cash at home is a bit excessive, but precautionary actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you wager to win, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the free alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but do not take plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your dead drunk brain squanders every little thing!

Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then head on the internet to wager in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my abode, however since I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and wager.

Why? Although I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t wager when you do. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
